New Parent and Perinatal Counseling

New Parent Counseling

Are You a New Parent? Overwhelmed? Frustrated with Your Partner?

New Parent Counseling can help:
1. Improve communication with your partner
2. Increase your self-worth
3. Help you become a more loving parent to your child

Having a baby is stressful and changes everything and there’s nothing to prepare you for your new role and responsibilities.  You and your partner need the skills to communicate with each other (Imago Relationship Therapy) and to take care of yourselves when you are feeling stressed (Inner Bonding).  With these tools, you’ll be able to stay connected with each other through each challenge.  And the more effectively you and your partner communicate the better role models you’ll be for your child(ren).
